Any agreement, estimate, project, or work performed is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. HireHome.pro is not a party to any contract and is not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, licensing, insurance, or completion of any work.
What we do
We provide a platform that helps homeowners and property owners find and contact local contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades. When you submit a project request, we share the information you provide with matching professionals so they can respond to you directly.
We act as a connector — not as a project manager, escrow agent, or guarantor. We do not verify every contractor's license, insurance, or background. You should always perform your own due diligence before hiring anyone.
How we use your information
- Project details: When you submit a project brief, we collect details such as the trade needed, location, timeline, budget, photos, description, and your contact information (name and phone number).
- Sharing with contractors: We share your project information with contractors whose listed trades and service areas appear to match your project. Those contractors may contact you directly by phone or email.
- Directory listings: Contractors who create a listing provide business and contact information that may be displayed publicly in our directory so homeowners can find them.
- Reviews: When you leave a review, it is displayed publicly with the contractor's listing to help other homeowners make informed decisions.
- We do not sell your data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only use it to operate and improve the directory and matching service.

For homeowners

For contractors
You agree that your listing information is truthful and that you have the proper licenses, insurance, and authority to perform the work you advertise. You agree to respond honestly and promptly to homeowner inquiries and project leads. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove listings at our discretion.
No warranties
HireHome.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the availability of contractors, or the results of any project. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HireHome.pro is not liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the site or any interaction with a contractor or homeowner you meet through the site.
